The Calculator in this website is only meant to be an on-line guide. It is based on MOH's framework for subsidising intermediate and long term care services (ILTC) and the results of the calculator will depend on (i) your understanding of the framework of means testing and (ii) veracity of the information used to calculate the subsidy level.  If you want to know your exact subsidy level, we suggest that you approach the hospitals, polyclinics, community hospitals, nursing homes and community development councils for assistance.

Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) will not be held liable for any damages, loss, costs, expenses or loss of profit, either directly or indirectly, as a result of your reliance or use of any data, information, content or matter provided through the Calculator in this website.

Any access or use of the Calculator shall be subjected to terms and conditions as AIC may, in its sole discretion, from time to time impose.  No person accessing or using the Calculator shall abuse or misuse the Calculator and shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Calculator nor of any system or network connected to it. Any access or use of the Calculator shall be restricted to the purpose of assisting the user to estimate his level of healthcare subsidy at a stepdown service. AIC reserves the right to monitor usage of the calculator by any person and has the sole discretion to refuse access or use by any person at any time without having to give any said reason nor any prior notice.

This website does not capture data that allows us to identify you individually.  AIC does not vouch for:
(a) the accuracy of any information received via the Calculator;
(b) the timely, complete nor uninterrupted receipt of any information via the Calculator; nor
(c) the uninterrupted availability of the Calculator.

Under no circumstances shall AIC be held liable vis-à-vis any person for whatsoever loss, cost, damage, claim or expense that such person may suffer or incur, whatsoever arising from any one or more of the following:
(a) any access, use, abuse or misuse of the Calculator by any person;
(b) any inaccuracy in any information received via the Calculator;
(c) any delayed, incomplete and/or interrupted receipt of any information via the Calculator;
(d) any interruption in the availability of the Calculator; 
(e) any modification, suspension, termination or withdrawal of the Calculator.

All intellectual property rights in and relating to the Calculator shall vest in AIC at all times.

AIC reserves the absolute discretion to:
(a) modify, suspend, terminate or withdraw the Calculator; and/or
(b) amend, add to or delete any of these terms and conditions, 
at any time without having to give any reason nor any prior notice thereof.

Please note that your saved output may vary over time due to changes in input or variables such as changes in MOH subsidy framework.
